Offline mode does not require login or internet access. Online features require account authentication so multiplayer and safety systems can work correctly.

Information We Collect

For online features, we may collect and process the following categories:

Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, display name, account status.
Online gameplay data: lobby participation, turn actions, dice results, move history, captures, reconnect state, auto-play state, match results.
Chat and safety data: match chat messages, player reports, moderation-related records, abuse-prevention signals.
Service and diagnostic data: IP address, device/network metadata, timestamps, server logs, crash/error logs, security events.
Support data: information you send to support, including message content and account identifiers.

Hew does not require contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos, videos, payment card data, or SMS for normal gameplay.

How We Use Information

To create and authenticate online accounts.
To run online lobbies, matches, reconnect recovery, chat, and result processing.
To enforce fair-play controls and prevent cheating, spam, abuse, and unauthorized access.
To provide support, handle privacy requests, and respond to account deletion requests.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access controls and encrypted transport for production services where available. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for account services, online gameplay, support, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, and enforcement.

Some records (such as logs, moderation records, and security records) may be retained for a limited period to investigate abuse and protect the service.

Account Deletion and Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their online account and associated personal data.

Email support@neuroxie.com from the registered account email.
Use subject line: Delete Hew Account.
Include registered email and player name (if known).
We may request verification before deletion is processed.

Target processing time is up to 30 days after verification. Certain records may be retained where legally required or needed for fraud/security/abuse prevention.

Offline gameplay can continue without an online account.

Personal info: email and display name for account identity and multiplayer features.
User IDs: authentication-linked identifiers for account access and match participation.
App activity: match actions and outcomes used to run synchronized online gameplay.

We do not sell personal data.

Online Service Rules

To keep multiplayer safe and fair, users must not cheat, exploit, tamper with game state, abuse chat, or attempt unauthorized access to services. Abuse may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination of online access.

Children's Privacy

This is a general audience app safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

If you believe a child provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review and take appropriate action.
