Delete Your Hew Online Account
You can request deletion of your Hew online account and associated personal data. Offline play does not require an online account and can continue after account deletion.
How to Request Deletion
- Email support@neuroxie.com from the email address used for your Hew account.
- Use the subject line Delete Hew Account.
- Include your registered email address and player name if you know it.
- We may ask for reasonable verification to confirm account ownership before deletion.
Data We Intend to Delete or Anonymize
- Online account profile data, including email address and display name.
- Authentication-linked identifiers controlled by Hew where deletion is technically available.
- Backend user account records associated with the deleted account.
- Support records associated only with the deletion request, unless retention is needed for legal or security reasons.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained or anonymized instead of fully deleted when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, service integrity, or abuse investigation. This can include limited server logs, moderation reports, anti-cheat records, financial/legal records if any exist, and aggregate or anonymized gameplay statistics.
Deletion Timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Complex requests, legal obligations, or security investigations may require more time. If more time is needed, we will try to inform you using the contact email from your request.
Offline Play After Deletion
Deleting your online account removes access to online-account features. You can still play Hew offline where local play is available. Creating a new online account later may start a new online profile.
