Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Hew: Fantasy Board Adventure, including online account features, online lobbies, multiplayer matches, chat, and support services. Offline play remains available without an account.

Use of the Service

You may use Hew for personal, non-commercial gameplay. You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt matches, interfere with game servers, attempt unauthorized access, use exploits or cheating tools, manipulate online state, or harm other players.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for activity that occurs while signed in to your account. Keep your login credentials secure and use accurate account information. If you believe your account was accessed without permission, contact support.

Fair Play and Community Safety

Online matches are server-authoritative. You must not attempt to bypass turn rules, modify client behavior to gain advantage, spam online actions, abuse reconnect/auto-play systems, harass other players, or interfere with service integrity.

Chat, Reports, and User Content

If Hew provides chat, names, reports, or other player-submitted content, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, abusive, misleading, or spam content. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts when needed for safety or service integrity.

Service Availability

Online features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable due to updates, maintenance, outages, technical issues, legal requirements, or security reasons. We may add, modify, limit, or remove online features as the game develops.

Suspension or Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to online features if we reasonably believe these terms were violated, if continued access creates risk to Hew or other players, or if required by law. You may stop using online features at any time and continue offline play where available.

Disclaimers and Liability

Hew is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted online access, error-free service, or preservation of all online records. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Hew changes. If changes materially affect online account use, we may provide notice in the app or through another appropriate method. Continued use of online features after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
